The Balsams Grand
Resort & Hotel in Dixville Notch, NH has got to be one of the most
beautiful and relaxing vacation destinations anywhere in the world.
The scenery is simply beautiful and is offset by hummingbird attracting
impatiens in hanging pots on the porch (See Summer Morning at The
Balsams in the "In Private Collections" Section on my
Oils and Acrylics page) and several formal gardens. In this particular
garden, which faces west, each group of flowers is accompanied by a
tag identifying its species.
